Enrollment Guide

What do I need to do to complete enrollment in EMH sports programs?
1. Create User Account
First, if you do not already have one, you will need to Create a User Account. All of your profile details will autofill your online forms, and all of your records will be under your account name. If you already have an account, be sure to Log In
2. Create Student Profiles
Once you have logged in, you will need to Create a Student Profile for each student that you will be enrolling. Your student data will be stored so that you do not have to enter it more than once.
3. Fill Out AP Forms
You must also Fill out an AP Form once per child per year (must be on file before child can participate). All data from your account profile and student records will be used to autofill this form. Please be careful to check all data on the form before you sign. It cannot be edited for legal reasons, so if there are any errors we will ask you to create a new one.
4. Sign up for Classes
After you have created your profiles and AP forms, you need to sign your children up for classes.
Register for classes by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process. You can order for more than one sport or child at a time.
Don't forget to Arrange Payment through PayPal, check, money order, or school Purchase Order.
Once all of the necessary information has been received you will get a confirmation email saying that your enrollment is complete. If you are missing anything we will contact you - usually the same day that we receive your registration.
