RUSH Order
Our deadline for processing a registration is 6:00 PM the night before class. This gives us time to let our order processors go home and to prepare our rosters and coach assignments for the next day.
If you wish to register for a class after 6:00 PM, you may pay this fee and we will do our best to process your order in time for you to attend class that week (or you will receive a refund).
Please make extra sure that all records are complete and AP Forms are submitted properly. Any missing information will cause a delay.
The RUSH fee must be paid using PayPal, regardless of how the rest of the order is paid. Charter schools will not pay the extra fee, checks will not reach us in time, and we do not accept payment at the park.
If you are using school funds to pay for the actual class, select PayPal as your payment method during checkout, and use the price adjustment to adjust your order total so that your total payment reflects only the fee.
The fee is applied once for the whole order, not per child or per sport. All sports and children can be in the same order.
You do not have to pay the fee if you decide to wait and attend class the following week. There is no refund or credit for a missed class - you will still pay the full amount for the session, but you do not have to pay the rush fee.
