Physical Fitness for Life

For your classes, please meet at the open field area by the baseball fields. All sports will be held at Brengle Terrace Park. If for some reason Brengle Terrace Park is closed, please meet at Vista Sports Park as your backup location.

For In-Person Classes: Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for orientation prior to the start of the session. Participants should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing (i.e. T-shirts for boys and girls), wear a gym-type shoe, and bring a water bottle. All equipment is provided.
