  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • Use this page to list any enrollment issues or additional students that are not on the regular roster.
    NO UNREGISTERED CHILD MAY GO ON THE FIELD until they have made payment and turned in valid AP Forms! Students who receive clearance must be given a pink Permission Slip if they are cleared to play. Slips are good one week only and must be attached to the daily roster! TRY THIS FIRST: parent can call 855-213-4443 (ext.3) while child waits, not while child plays! IF THAT FAILS: only coaches can call 951-526-2816, DO NOT give this number to parents! Call during a water break only or give your phone to liaison, do not hold up class. If no one can be reached, collect money and forms from parent. We may give some credit back to parent depending on what we find out.
  • Pending Guidelines
    Child on roster or has a clear day pass - let them play (check pass for accuracy first for AP status, note, date, location, etc.) Child on pending roster or has a day pass with red "pending button" - do what the note says. If no note, call or do temp. reg. Child not on roster, not on pending, doesn't have a pass - CANNOT PLAY until cleared. Call or do temp reg, collect payment and AP form Parent tries to show you an email, funding from school, an order, tells you they have a credit or order online, etc - DO NOT ACCEPT Parent is not there to fill out forms/pay - do you KNOW the child has a signed AP form on file? If so, let them play and notify office ASAP. If no AP form can be verified, do NOT let them play. Try to call parent/office on a break. Parent has no money or says they will pay/give you paperwork you in a few minutes - DO NOT let child play until paid and forms signed! Person with child is not parent or legal COURT-APPOINTED guardian (NOT just a stepparent, friend, nanny, aunt, grandma, sister, teacher, etc) - that person cannot sign permission paper (AP), but they CAN pay for a child if AP is already clear. no restricted students
  • One Day Passes
    The following students hold passes for this park. Please file a park report (used or unused) for these passes! When the parent shows a matching pass please check the date, notes, and confirmation number. IMPORTANT: Orders, invoices, PayPal receipts, vouchers, POs, etc are NOT valid passes! No passes for today. If a student shows you a pass, it may have been issued last minute. Please check date, location, and AP status!
